What the service covers
The home-visit service treats acute complaints wherever you are: at home, in your hotel or at the office, in all 12 Berlin districts. Typical reasons are fever, infections, gastrointestinal complaints, pain or an acute urinary tract infection.
A doctor usually arrives within 60–90 minutes, examines and treats you on site and issues prescriptions, sick notes or certificates if needed. In life-threatening emergencies always call 112 first.
