Individual medicine for older adults
Many older people live with several diagnoses at once, known as multimorbidity. We align your treatment with your quality of life, not with individual findings alone. Susanne Reiche served as senior consultant in geriatrics at St. Hedwig Kliniken Berlin until 2023.
A fixed element is the medication review: we regularly check all your medications and adjust them. This avoids dangerous interactions from polypharmacy (5 or more medications at the same time).
Support in daily life
- Help with applications for a care level (Pflegegrad 1 to 5)
- Prescriptions for aids such as walkers or care beds
- Socio-medical consultations and care coordination
- Cooperation with family members and care services
Treatment in familiar surroundings
We come to your home: blood draws, examinations and infusions are possible in your own flat. Especially when the journey to Roscherstraße 3 is difficult.
